first of all you should check your LCD if LCD is OK than check light point if light point will also ok than you should jumper removing ic and coil. than LCD (-) point touch to the ground and (+) point jumper to the light transistors. up leg that i am telling in this video.it is 100% tested and safe solution by me if you should watch video you can  click here for more information
